The petitioner is aggrieved by a notice of final action terminating agreement for renovation/modification of Seed testing Lab Building for Tissue Culture Lab at Sippighat. 2.

The contract period commences from 09.10.2023 and ended in 08.02.2024. The petitioner could not complete the contract.

The petitioner thereafter responded to the two notices dated 22.11.2023 and 26.02.2024. The respondents finally terminated the contract 08.03.2024 and forfeited the performance guarantee amount being deposit account in terms of money.

This Court sees no reason to interfere with the impugned order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 5.

The petitioner may approach the Civil Court or any forum prescribed under the contract for Redressal of his grievances. 6.

Interim order restraining the respondents from forfeiting the performance guarantee shall stand vacated.

With the above observation, these writ petitions shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
