Sivabalan ... for the respondents June 30, 2022 [SR] Item No. 22 The petitioner complaints of inaction on the part of the respondents authorities in not considering the representation dated 19 April, 2022 (Annexure P-7 to the writ petition). It is alleged on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding complaints in respect of the illegal encroachment on the land of the petitioner and for demarcation, the respondent no. 3 has failed and neglected to take any steps.

None appears on behalf of the respondents nor is any accommodation sought for on their behalf.

Mr. V.D. Sivabalan, who usually appears on behalf of the Administration, is requested to represent the Administration.

His services be regularized by the Appropriate Authority.

Heard the parties.

In view of the fact that the petitioner seeks an order for consideration of her representation, I direct the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing and issue notices to all the affected parties.

It is made clear that the respondent no. 3 is not bound by any observation of finding in this order in so far as the merits of this case are concerned.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA/207/2022 stands disposed of.
