Grievance of the petitioner is that he has moved an online application No.20294 dated 06.02.2024 for new electric connection which has not yet been disposed of by the respondent no.2. Shri Tulsi Lall, learned counsel for the respondents states that if in the event the aforesaid application of the petitioner is still pending then it shall be decided by the respondent no.2, in accordance with law within a time bound period.

In view of the aforesaid and without expressing any opinion in the case of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.2 to decide the online application of the petitioner in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. In the event, the application of the petitioner has already been disposed of, then, the respondent no.2, shall communicate the order to the petitioner forthwith.
