Mr. Rakesh Kumar Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ... for the respondents 07.07.2025 [SR] Item Nos. 9&10 These two writ petitions have been filed seeking regularization, reinstatement, and payment of 1/30th of the minimum pay scale to the petitioners, who have been engaged as Daily Rated Mazdoors under the Forest Department, Andaman and Nicobar Administration.

This Court is of the view that the petitioners should approach the appropriate Labour Court.

Accordingly, WPA/186/2025 and WPA/1080/2023 are disposed of, with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the Labour Court on the selfsame cause of action. ( Kausik Chanda, J. )
