According to Mr. S.C.Mishra, learned advocate appearing for the Electricity Department, the said application is still pending for consideration.

As the application is pending before the Electricity Department, I direct the Electricity Department to dispose of the application dated 27th January, 2026 submitted by the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order, in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA/132/2026 is disposed of.
