In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2, being the Sub Divisional Officer, South Andaman to consider and dispose of the First Revenue Appeal filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest but positively within a period of 60 days from the date of communication of this order. The aforesaid respondent shall take a decision in the matter and pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The writ petition being WPA/242/2021 stands disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual necessary formalities.
