The said representation has not been considered.

In that view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not decided any entitlement or entered into claims made by the writ petitioner. The respondents shall determine the rights of the petitioner strictly in accordance with the applicable rules and laws. The reasoned order, shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of three weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
