Respondent Mr. Siddhartha Singha ... for the petitioner Mr. Sumit Karmakar ... for the respondent June 30, 2022 [GNC] Item No.7&8 The Revisional Application has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 18th April, 2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mayabunder in Criminal Appeal No.1 of 2016. By the said judgment and order the learned Appellate Court was pleased to affirm the order of conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mayabunder, North and Middle Andaman passed in GR Case No.756 of 2017 ( Trial No.19 of 2018).

The records reflect that the petitioner was sentenced for commission of offences under Sections 468/471 of Indian Penal Code for a period of one year in respect of the each of the offences respectively.

It has been contended that the petitioner is already on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is allowed to continue on the same bail and bond along with the condition to meet the Station House Officer, Rangat Police Station once a month until further orders of this Court.

Let the lower Court records be produced before this Court on the next date fixed for hearing and be tagged along with the Revisional Application.

Mr.Karmakar, learned Public Prosecutor appears on behalf of the State, as such further service is dispensed with. After the lower Court records arrive, let the matter be placed before the available Circuit Bench.

In view of the number of the Application (CRM/6/2022) being against the established Codes of the High Court, CRM/6/2022 is dismissed as not pressed.
