However, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that unless the petitioners are restrained from filling up vacancies of the notification, the entire matter will become infructuous before the Tribunal.

It is further contended by learned counsel for the parities that the hearing in the matter has culminated in exchange of pleadings by the parties. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the respondent that the next date has been fixed on 25th August, 2022 by the Tribunal.

In such view of the matter, any observation on the merits of the order might prejudice the Tribunal. As such, we abstain from making any comments on the factual and legal premise of the challenge. Without going into the merits of the respective contentions of the parties, we dispose of WP.CT/15/2022 with the rider that the Tribunal is requested to dispose of O.A No.597/2022 (Port Blair) pending before it as expeditiously as possible, positively within September 15, 2022 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
