Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. The police filed chargesheet and therefore custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner was involved in a chit fund business. Considering the gravity of the offences and the involvement of the petitioner therein and the fact that the public are involved, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. CRM/13/2021 stands rejected.
