On hearing both the parties it appears that though the petitioner has also prayed for being permitted to discharge her duties and responsibilities, it is submitted that the petitioner has now been permitted to join her work.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that some arrears have been paid but the balance arrears of salaries on and from May, 2020 to October, 2020 is still due to the petitioner. Considering the materials on record and submission of the parties the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondent shall release the arrears of salaries as due to the petitioner as on date within a period of four weeks from the date of commutation of this order. Interest at the applicable rate also be paid alongwith arrears.

The writ petitioner is thus disposed of.
