The petitioner prays for release of arrears of salary on and from May, 2021 to October 2021 with interest. The prayer of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the respondent authority.

Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authority to consider the prayer of the petitioner for releasing the arrears of salary for the period from May, 2021 to October 2021 in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Prior to passing a final order in the matter, the authority shall verify its own records to ascertain the actual dues to the petitioner.

As the payment, if any, will be made long after the same fell due, accordingly the petitioner would be entitled to receive the arrear payment along with the applicable rate of interest. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 6.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual formalities. ( Amrita Sinha, J. )
