At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that the prosecution has already filed an application for cancellation of bail in the Trial Court and as such, the present application is pre-mature.
Learned counsel appearing for the accused-person, that is, respondent no.2, submits that the defacto complainant does not have any locus standi to be heard in such application. Be that as it may, without going into the merits of the application, CRM(SB)/1/2022 is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner/defacto complainant to renew her prayer before the learned Sessions Judge, at the time of hearing of the petition for
cancellation of bail filed by the prosecution, in accordance with law.
No order as to costs.
Let a copy of the present application be served on the learned Advocate for the accused.
