By consent of the parties, Mr.P.P.Srinivasan, B.E. (Hons), M.Tech in Structural Engineering, a retired Additional Director General, CPWD, Chennai, resident of Raji Nivas, 2/465, 3rd St. Skylab Avenue, Sithalapakkam, Chennai - 600131 is appointed Arbitrator. The fees of the Arbitrator shall be in terms of the Fourth Schedule of the Act of 1996. The proceedings may be concluded in terms of Section 29A of the said Act of 1996. AP/11/2021 stands disposed of.
