Respondents Mr. Ananda Halder, Advocate ... for the petitioner Mr. Arul Prasanth, Advocate ... for the respondents November 15, 2021 [SR] Item No.4 The petitioner's grievance is that though her case has been considered and recommended for issuance of license by the Tehsildar (Settlement)-II on 14th March, 2000, the license has not been issued in her favour till date.

The petitioner filed a representation before the respondent authorities on 15th July, 2021 and submits that the same has not been considered till date.

As it appears that the name of the petitioner has already been recommended and the same is kept pending for issuance of license for considerable period of time, accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the concerned authority - Administration, being the respondent no.3 herein, to consider the representation filed by the petitioner on 15.07.2021 strictly in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not entered into the merits of the prayer of the petitioner and all points are left open to be decided by the said respondent at the time of consideration of the representation of the petitioner.

The said respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

The petitioner is directed to forward all the necessary documents in her support to the respondent No.3 at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Since the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage and no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of usual necessary formalities.
