Zinu .... for the petitioner Ms. G.Mini .... for the respondents April 09, 2024 [SR] Item No.6 The revisional application is directed against the order No.63 dated March 13, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Port Blair in Title Suit No.105 of 2016. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the suit, which is pending since 2014. She submits that, evidence commenced in 2017.

Opposite parties are represented.

It appears from the impugned order that the next date fixed by the learned Trial Judge is June 14, 2024 for the purpose of evidence of the defendant.

Since the suit is pending since 2014 and the petitioner before this court is a senior citizen, it would be appropriate to request the learned Trial Judge to endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from date. The learned Trial Judge is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

CO/16/2024 is disposed of accordingly.
