Miss Sohini Biswas ... for the petitioner Mr. Rakesh Kumar ... for the respondents February 25, 2026 [SR] Item No.1 Claim for parity with the writ petitioner in WPA 265 of 2024 and WPA 329 of 2024 is not being disputed on behalf of the Administration.

The two writ petitions noted above, were disposed of by a judgment and order dated February 19, 2026.

In view of the petitioner before the Court being similarly situated and circumstanced as that of the writ petitioner in WPA 265 of 2024 and WPA 329 of 2024, similar reliefs are granted.

Municipal Authorities will make allotment of shop rooms in favour of the writ petitioner within a period of six months from date.

WPA 207 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
