This application is for willful and deliberate and contumacious violation of the directions contained in the order dated November 26, 2025.

The said order had two fold directions.

First, the respondent no. 2 was directed to release the monthly pension of the petitioner's late husband. Second, the respondents 1 and 2 were also directed to give a suitable job to the petitioner to enable her sustain herself

along with her three minor children on humanitarian grounds within a period of two weeks from the date of passing of the order dated November 26, 2025.

Mr. Kumar appearing for the contemnors submits that the pensionary benefits have already been released in favour of the petitioner, which is admitted by the petitioner. He has also produced the attendance roll for the month of June, 2026, wherefrom it appears that the petitioner has duly been given a suitable job to sustain herself and her three minor children.

However, her application for compassionate appointment is pending and is being processed. The directions contained in the order dated November 26, 2025 have been duly complied with. The petitioner will be permitted to continue in the said suitable job till such time that the process of granting her compassionate appointment is completed.

In view of the aforestated compliance, the charges of contempt are dropped and CPAN/19/2026 is disposed of. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
