Learned advocate for the petitioner says that a second suit has been filed by the present petitioner after serving notice under section 89 of the Waqf Act on the board of Waqf and an interim order has been obtained in that suit. In view of the aforesaid, learned advocate prays for leave to withdraw this application.

This application is dismissed as withdrawn.
