This Writ application has been preferred with a prayer for direction upon the Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil, for disposal of the application filed by the Writ Petitioner for demarcation of the land in connection with Survey No.2569/3 measuring area of 238 Sq. Mtrs. situated at South Point Village under Port Blair Tehsil, District-South Andaman.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the application for demarcation along with prescribed fees were deposited before the office of the Tehsildar, Port Blair on 06.10.2020 and from then the matter was pending before the Tehsildar, Port Blair. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the A & N Administration has submitted that necessary direction be given to dispose of the matter within a period of 15 days.

Given facts and circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair, is directed to dispose of the application filed on 06.10.2020 in respect of demarcation of land in connection with Survey No.2569/3 having area of 238 Sq. Mtrs. situated at South Point Village under Port Blair Tehsil, District-South Andaman, within 15 days from date and inform the Writ Petitioner within 7 days thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation the Writ application stands disposed of.
