This Writ application has been filed with a substantive prayer for necessary direction upon Central Crime Station, Port Blair for investigation of the case in connection with FIR No.0002 dated 06.01.2023 under Section 143/147/149/427/430/447/120 B of the Indian Penal Code pending on and from 06th January, 2023. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that initially the concerned Police Station did not register FIR which led this petitioner to file an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure after complying the provision of Section 154(3). That matter was also referred to the concerned PS for registering the FIR.

It is submitted that though FIR was registered but the case was not investigated for two years.

At this stage Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has submitted that investigation has not only been completed but also charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Therefore, it is seen that the prayer of this Writ application has already been taken care of by the respondent no.2.

With the aforesaid observation the instant Writ application stands disposed of.
