1. The learned counsel for the revisionist has submitted fairly that his client wants to deposit 50% of the amount of Rs. 28,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs only) i.e.

Rs.14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only) to any of the offices of the Court as would be directed by this Revisional Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 has submitted that she has no objection if the revisionist is directed to deposit 50% of the amount of 28,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight Lakhs only) to the concerned office as would be directed by this Court.

3. In view of the above submission I direct the revisionist/convict to deposit Rs. 14,00,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs only) to the Judicial Cashier of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Port Blair by Tuesday (15.04.2025) within court the hours without prejudice to the rights of the revisionist/convict.

4. On deposit of such money with the Judicial Cashier of the concerned court, and also on production of relevant challan the warrant of arrest which has already been issued should be recalled on the prayer of the revisionist/convict.

5. Let a copy of this order sheet be sent to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Port Blair for his information and necessary action.

6. With this direction the present criminal revisional application being CRR/26/2025 is disposed of. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
