Learned advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner did not comply with the formalities. Apparently, there is no objection on the part of the authorities to provide water connection. What the authorities claim is that the petitioner is not complying with the formalities. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the petitioner to comply with all formalities and pay all charges and expenses for water connection. Upon the petitioner paying the same and complying with the formalities, the respondent authorities will provide water connection to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.

WPA/274/2021 is disposed of.
