The main grievance of the petitioner is with regard to the in action of the respondent authorities in not finalizing the premium amount in respect of licence landed property bearing Sy. No. 1/76 area measuring about 210 Sq. mtrs. situated at Brookshabad village, Sri Vijaya Puram Teshil. 2.

The petitioner submitted representations on two occasions before the authority concerned, however, the same remains pending for consideration.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the notice of hearing has already been issued and the hearing has been conducted. Subsequently, the demarcation has already done, but due to unknown reasons the entire proceeding has been kept in abeyance.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that demarcation of the land in question has been completed, but the final order is yet to be passed. 5.

Having heard the parties and upon perusal of the records I am of the considered view that since the demarcation has already been completed, respondents No.1 is directed to pass a

reasoned order in accordance with law upon considering the representation dated 23.02.2026. An opportunity of hearing shall be given to the petitioner and other interested persons, if any, and communicate such decision within a week thereafter. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of without going into the merits of the case.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, is to be given to the parties on priority basis on compliance of all legal formalities.
