The petitioner merely seeks consideration of this online application.

Mr. S.C.Mishra appearing for the authorities submits that the petitioner already has a connection at the said premise and the second connection at the said premise may not be permissible under the law.

The authorities are at liberty to take a decision on this matter in accordance with law. Hence, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 26th August, 2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law by July 15, 2026 and communicate the resultant order by July 20, 2026 With the aforestated directions the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
