Respondent Mr. Pardeshia Munda, Advocate ... for the petitioner Mr.Ramendu Agarwal, Advocate ... for the respondent November 22, 2021 [GNC] Item Nos.3 The petitioner has applied on 5th April, 2021 that his land at survey No.17 measuring an area of 200 square meters at Premnagar village, Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman for being demarcated.

The respondent has not taken any steps in that regard till date.

In that view of the matter, the Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil shall complete demarcation as prayed for, after ascertaining veracity of the petitioner's claims and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and law, within a period of two months from the date of communication of a copy of this order. WPA/276/2021 stands disposed of.

There shall be however no order as to costs.
