Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner draws attention of the Court to the subsequent reminder given by the petitioner on May 27, 2021.

It appears that the petitioner applied before the authorities for monetary benefits with retrospective effect. The respondent authorities are yet to dispose of such representation. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.6 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated May 27, 2021 and pass a reasoned order thereon. He will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult other documents he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which he will communicate to the parties he heard forthwith thereafter.

It is expected that he will complete the entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
