The respondent Nos.1 to 3 are represented.

None appears for the other respondents.

The writ petitioners seek relief with regard to election of a Cooperative Society. Apparently, such election was held. The petitioners also seek relief with regard to mass representations. According to the petitioners, the respondent No.3 should hold an inquiry against the previous managing committee having regard to the mass representations pending before the authorities.

Since the primary relief of the writ petitioners stand satisfied during pendency of the writ petition, it would be appropriate to dispose of the writ petition.

However, this disposal of the writ petition will not prevent the authorities from considering the representations made in accordance with law and taking suitable action thereon. WPA/280/2021 is disposed of accordingly.
