In compliance of the order of this Court dated 30th June, 2021, the alleged contemnor has already taken action and has filed document dated 7th April, 2022 to this effect. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the action of the alleged contemnor which has been taken in compliance of the order of this Court, it gives rise to fresh cause of action and the cause of action for contempt no more survives. Considering the facts of the case, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the contempt application being CPAN 21 of 2021 stands disposed of.
