Sheheer, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to Order dated 28th April, 2023 results have already been uploaded in the website of the University and as such the petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the present Writ application. Mr. Rajinder Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that results have been published on 20.6.2023 and he files copy of the letter of Controller of Examinations (In-charge) being No.PU/Med/MBBS/E5/2023/1286 dated 21st June, 2023 which is taken on record.

Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty and Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi appear for the respondent No.3.

In view of the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner the present Writ application stands disposed of. All connected applications stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
