1. Sri Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Education, is present virtually in terms of our earlier order dated 19.7.2024 and he has tendered his unconditional apology and assured that henceforth steps shall be taken to ensure that the orders are complied with in time.

2. The apology of Mr. Kumar is accepted.

3. It has been submitted on behalf of the A & N Administration that payments have been made pursuant to the direction passed by this Court. However, we expected that A&N Administration to act diligently as they had received instructions on 22nd June, 2024 for disbursement.

4. Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty, learned counsel for the Administration, has submitted that henceforth the order shall be complied with promptly and in time by the Andaman and Nicobar Administration.

5. The personal appearance of Sri Sanjoy Kumar, Secretary, Ministry of Education, is dispensed with.

6. In view thereof, CPAN 27 of 2024 stands disposed of by recording compliance.
