Shri Jatin Majhi and Another Mr. Dibesh Dwivedi ... for the petitioners Mr. Terrance D Cruz ... for the respondents June 23, 2025 [SR] Item No.4 It appears that an inadvertent error had crept into the order dated 18th June, 2025 passed by this Court. At the 4th last line at page 4 of the order, instead of "Disciplinary Authority", it should actually be "Tribunal". The inadvertent error is hereby corrected and the order dated June 18, 2025 shall also be read conjointly with this order. This order shall be treated as part of the order passed on June 18, 2025.

Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
