By representation dated October 18, 2021, the petitioner requested the authorities to correct the land records pertaining to the immovable property concerned. The representation is yet to be considered and disposed of.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation dated October 18, 2021. He will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents that he deems appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which he will communicate to the parties he heard forthwith thereafter. It is expected that he will complete the entire exercise within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.
