It has been submitted by learned counsel for both sides that the land bearing survey No.1990 re-numbered as 165/72 measuring an area of 200 Sq.mtrs has already been mutated in the names of the petitioners.

Further, it has been submitted by learned counsel for both sides that the names of the writ petitioners have already been recorded in the Record of Rights and Sketch Map of the land in question has also been prepared by the concerned authority. Therefore, they submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction upon the authorities concerned to supply the original copy of the Record of Rights, Mutation Certificate and Sketch Map on payment of proper fees.

Accordingly, WPA/298/2021 is disposed of.
