The petitioners submit that their representations given to the Settlement Officer, South Andaman, that is, the respondent no .3 herein, have not yet been disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners relies on such score on the initial representations annexed as Annexure P-3 at page-73 of the writ petition and subsequent reminders annexed to the writ petition as well in such regard.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, without going into the merits of the contentions of the parties in respect of the petitioners' representations, WPA/282/2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3 to decide on the representations given by the petitioners as annexed at page -17 to the writ

petition as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law, upon giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners positively within four weeks from date.
