Considering fact that the case is pending since 2019, it would be appropriate to request the learned Court in seisin of C.R. case No.68 of 2019 to consider and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. The Court in seisin of such proceedings is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties. CRR/18/2021 is disposed of accordingly.
