1. During the course of hearing, Ms. Babita Das, learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor, submits that by a reasoned order passed on 8th September, 2025, the petitioner's prayer has been turned down.

2. In view thereof, since the order, violation of which is subject matter of the present contempt application, has been complied with, I am no longer inclined to proceed with this contempt application.

3. In view thereof, the contempt application being CPAN 23 of 2025 is disposed of.

4. Rule, if any, stands dispensed with.

5. However, it is clarified that if the petitioner finds herself aggrieved by that order, the petitioner shall be at liberty to assail the same before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
