Mini .... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents June 11, 2025 [SR] Item No.14 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner purchased a land and it had mutated thereafter. He applied for demarcation of the land and made representations in this regard. The first representation in this regard was made in February, 2023. Yet, till date, no demarcation has been done.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the process is on for having demarcation done at the earliest.

It appears that there is some delay in having the demarcation done over the petitioner's land.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the respondent no.3 is directed to conclude the proceeding for demarcation of the land as applied for by the petitioner in accordance with law and at the earliest, preferably within six weeks from the date of communication of this order. As the writ petition has been disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations leveled against the respondents shall be deemed to have been denied.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
