The respondents are represented.

It appears that the petitioner made a representation dated April 20, 2021 seeking review of wrong recording of survey number in the order No.91 dated April 3, 2021 as survey No.224/2 instead of survey No.224/1.

The authorities are yet to dispose of such representation. In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to direct the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman District, Port Blair to consider the representation dated April 20, 2021 and pass an appropriate orders thereon.

If necessary, the Deputy Commissioner will invoke the provisions of Regulation 87 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Land Revenue and Land Reforms Regulations, 1966 for such purpose.

The Deputy Commissioner will afford a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He is at liberty to hear such other parties and consult such documents as he deems

appropriate. He will pass a reasoned order which he will communicate to the parties be heard forthwith thereafter. It is expected that the entire exercise is completed within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order to the Deputy Commissioner.

WPA/308/2021 is disposed of.
