Anjali Nag Mr. Shatadru Chakraborty ... for the respondents April 24, 2023 (Bithika) Item No.24 Learned Counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the petitioner has filed the present Writ application for non compliance of the order passed by this Court in WPA No. 16 of 2020 dated 14.01.2020. Mr. S.C. Mishra, learned Counsel representing the petitioner submits that after receipt of the affidavit filed by the respondents / Municipal Council, it is found that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the Municipal authority has already passed an order and being aggrieved with the said order, the private respondent has already preferred an appeal and the same is pending before the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman.

In view of the submission made by learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that no order can be

passed as the matter is pending before the Deputy Commissioner, South Andaman.

Accordingly, WPA No. 368 of 2023 is dismissed. ( Krishna Rao, J.)
