This is an application alleging violation of an order dated September 24, 2024 passed in CO 34 of 2024. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that notwithstanding a categorical direction in the order dated September 24, 2024 on the Estate Officer, there has been no compliance with the same.

On behalf of the State administration/alleged contemnor, it is submitted that by an order dated May 21, 2025, the directions contained in the order dated September 24, 2024 have been duly complied with. In fact, pursuant to the order dated May 21, 25, the parties are also involved in

further litigation.

In view of the above, there is no question of there being any violation of the order dated September 24, 2024.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the alleged contemnor that the order has been complied with and a report of compliance has also been filed to this effect, CPAN 25 of 2025 in CO 34 of 2024 stands disposed of. (Ravi Krishan Kapur, J.)
