The respondent is represented.

It appears that the petitioner by a writing dated November 11, 2020 applied with the Tehsildar for demarcation of the revenue survey No.259/31(P), situated at Prothrapur village, Port Blair Tehsil. The petitioner also deposited fees for demarcation. The authorities are yet to demarcate such land. In such circumstances, the Tehsildar, Port Blair Tehsil is directed to demarcate the land bearing revenue survey No.259/31(P), situated at Prothrapur village, Port Blair Tehsil, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order to him.

Since the Court did not invite affidavits, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be denied. WPA/309/2021 is disposed of.
