2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks corrections in this Court's judgment dated December 1, 2025.

3. Let the following corrections be incorporated in the judgment:

The word "March 12, 2025" appearing in paragraph Nos. 1, 2, 6 and 12 is substituted with the word "March 10, 2025".

4. The rest of the judgment remains unaltered.

5. This order shall form part and parcel of the judgment dated December 1, 2025.
