Respondents Mr. KMB Jayapal ... for the petitioner Mrs.Anjili Nag ... for the respondents March 22, 2022 [GNC] Item No.11 This is an application under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in granting of no dues certificate, non-encumbrance certificate and valuation certificate in connection with the land bearing Survey Nos.183/2 and 184/2 measuring an area 0.0463 hectare and 0.0672 hectare respectively both situated at village Teylarabad under Port Blair Tehsil, South Andaman District.

After hearing counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of with a direction upon the respondents authorities to pass a reasoned order upon granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from date.
