Mohammed Sheheer ... for the petitioners Mr. V.D.Sivabalan ... for the respondents June 19, 2025 [AKB] Item No.4 This civil revisional application is filed seeking for expeditious disposal of the Title Suit No. 152 of 2024 pending before the learned Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Port Blair. Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that long dates are being fixed by the learned Trial Court for peremptory hearing of the suit leading to delay in progress of the trial. He seeks for a direction for expeditious disposal of the Suit. Learned advocate for the respondents leaves the matter to the discretion of the Court.

It is found from the order sheet annexed to the application that issues have been framed on 23.01.2025 and date was fixed on 24.04.2025 for peremptory hearing. The plaintiff/petitioner himself sought for adjournment and date has been fixed on 14.08.2025. Such being the position this Court does not find any merit in this application.

Thus, the instant Civil Revisional application being CO/33/2025 is dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
