The respondent had sought for time to file its opposition as far back as in April 2026. No opposition has yet been filed. Mr. S.C.Mishra appearing for the authorities submits that the online application of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of by the authority within a stipulated time. In view thereof, I direct the respondent No.2 to consider the online application of the petitioner and dispose of the same in accordance with law by June 30, 2026 and communicate the resultant order by July 05, 2026 to the petitioner. With the aforestated directions the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
