Jayapal .... for the petitioner Ms. Babita Das ... for the respondents June 17, 2025 [SR] Item No.7 The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent authorities to determine and notify to the petitioner quantum of premium payment as per the licence in connection with the land in survey number 88/5 and 179 at village Pahargon, Sri Vijaya Puram.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Administration submits that the RC Case No.922/Sett/2023/473 is pending for consideration before the respondent no.3.

In view of the above, the respondent no.3 is directed to conclude the proceeding in the pending case in accordance with law and as early as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

As the writ petition has been disposed of without calling for affidavits, the allegations leveled against the respondents shall be deemed to have been denied.

With the above observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
