According to learned counsel appearing for the respondent authorities, the respondents did not receive the representation made by the petitioner dated 16th March, 2022.
WPA/315/2022 is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the respondent authorities within a fortnight from date. The respondent shall consider the representation and act in accordance with the letter within a period of three weeks from date of receiving the representation giving by electricity connection and other requisite assistance to the petitioner. The petitioner is to ensure that all other formalities are fulfilled by petitioner for being given electricity connection.
Since affidavit-in-opposition has not been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
