Respondent Ms. Vinita Devi ...for the Petitioner Ms. Babita Das ...for the Respondent June 14, 2024 [Bithika] Item No.3 The grievance made in the present application is about delay in disposal of the representation made by the Writ Petitioner on 06.03.2024, wherein the Writ Petitioner has prayed before the respondent to recall the mutation order dated 09.09.2021, whereby the respondent allowed the mutation of land bearing survey No.127, measuring an area of 90 Sq. meters situated at Haddo village in favour of P. Chenchamma and to mutate the said land in favour of the petitioner in terms of the registered Will dated 15.07.2017 executed by one P.

Bairagi.

The said representation is appearing at Page -38 being Annexure P-7 to the Writ Petition.

Since a couple of months have already been passed but the respondent authority has not disposed of the said application, the present Writ petition being WPA No. 264/2024 is hereby disposed of with a direction upon the respondent authority to dispose of the said representation

in accordance with law by a reasoned order at the earliest preferably with a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Wile disposing of the said representation, the said Respondent shall give the Writ Petitioner and /or his representative, an opportunity of being heard and shall also permit to file relevant documents in support of his claim. Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations leveled against the respondent are deemed to have not admitted by the respondent.
