He submits that as the learned Central Administrative Tribunal has assumed jurisdiction and taken up the matter for hearing, his client would not like to press the writ petition No.WPA/267/2024. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the outcome of the proceeding before the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, he would file a fresh application in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petitions being WPA/289/2019 and WPA/267/2019 are detagged. On the prayer of the learned

senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition being WPA/267/2024 is disposed of as not pressed. On the further prayer of the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner in WPA/289/2019, the same be placed for hearing before the next Circuit Bench. Urgent certified copy of this order be supplied to the learned counsels for the parties upon compliance of usual formalities.
